We are pleased to be able to provide our customers with a live online help facility, provided free of charge by our partner zuuMedia.

You can access free online assistance in multiple ways.

From within In Loco Parentis

From the main screen you should see the following image in the bottom left corner of the page. Clicking it will open a browser window which will load zuuMedia's support site.

Alternatively you can access support from the Help menu within In Loco Parentis by selecting Live help as pictured below.

From the internet

You can also access online assistance by going directly to zuuMedia's In Loco Parentis support site. Clicking on the zuuMedia logo below will take you directly to their support site, alternately click here to open the support site.
